Terms of Service
Definitions
We have used following terms in this agreement.
“Service” the establishment of the portal or any other service provided by Al-Umar associates and builders.
“Content” the material published on the Website or managed by Al-Umar associate and builders.
.To avoid any confusion, all content on the website posted is posted by Al-Umar associate and builders and it not produced or posted by third party vendor
“Unacceptable” Material which is permissible under the law of Pakistan of any jurisdiction from which the Website may be accessed may be considered either:-
- Pirated or illegal, illicit, offensive, indecent, racist, offensive, pornographic, abusive, false, untrustworthy, ambiguous, unproven which is actually insulting or in breach of third party rights (of so forth nature and counting, without restraint, any Intellectual Property Rights);
- in breach of any appropriate rules, values or standard of procedure (nevertheless that compliance may not be obligatory);
- to break legislation, counting without curb, that relating to drugs, alcohol or any banned substance;
- might destroy Al-Umar associate and builders’ reputation
“Website” – Al-Umar associate and builders’ website located at www.al-umarassociates.com.
“Al-Umar associate and builders’ “ Al-Umar associate and builders which is the owner of the Website and whose registered office is located at Johar town, Lahore, Pakistan.
RESTRICTION OF LIABILITY
Al-Umar associate and builders is not responsible for any loss, significant loss, loss of profits, revenue, data ascending suffered by any consumer ascending in any manner which is in this Agreement or for any obligation of a User to any third party.
Al-Umar associate and builders will make all rational attempts to remove any viruses from the Website, However, it can’t ensure of exclusion and no obligation is accepted for malware. Moreover, consumer is suggested to take all necessary measure before submission or any content from the Website.
Al-Umar associate and builders will not be indemnified for safeguarding that the content on the Website is not Unacceptable Material.
Al-Umar associate is not accountable for the direct or indirect penalties of a consumer involved to any other website from the Website.
General
Al-Umar associate hold the right to alter its terms of business and operations with passage of time. The confirmed date at the time the consumer is viewing these clauses is set out at the top of this Agreement. Prior to using website again in future, consumer should validate that the effective date has not been changed. Even if it is so, then consumer should inspect the new draft and then only used the website if it is based on new terms.
If any running of this Contract or part thereof shall be considered void for any reason, it shall be considered deleted and then the remaining requirements will be continuing in full force and effect.
Al-Umar associate shall use the right to allocate or subcontract any or all of its rights and responsibilities under this Agreement.
Al-Umar associate will not be held responsible for any loss agonized by third party or be believed to be in default for any interruptions or disappointments in presentation hereunder subsequent from acts or reasons beyond its sensible control or from any acts of God, acts or guidelines of any governmental or authority.
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in harmony with the laws of Pakistan and consumer submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Lahore, Pakistan, please be noted that Al-Umar associate may take act against the consumer in any applicable jurisdiction to enforce its rights.
